Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2026-04-16

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OnPost service (“Service”) operated by OnPost (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the website at https://onpost.me. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnPost is a cross-posting tool that lets you publish a single short-form video to multiple social networks at once or on a schedule. Currently supported platforms include Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook).

The Service is currently offered as a Beta/MVP. We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features and supported platforms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.

Each platform's upload limits (video length, resolution, format) are governed by that platform and may change at any time. We provide the Service within those limits.

3. Account Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 14 years old to register for and use the Service. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

We may refuse registration or terminate your account if you register with another person's identity, provide false information, or have previously violated these Terms.

4. Connected Social Accounts

The Service allows you to connect your social media accounts via OAuth. Access tokens issued during this process are encrypted at rest and used solely to publish content and manage account connections at your direction. You may disconnect any account at any time through the Service.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of service and community guidelines of every platform you connect, including the content you publish through the Service.

YouTube API Services notice. The Service uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube account, the following terms also apply:

OnPost's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may revoke our access inside the Service or directly from the Google security settings page.

Connections to Meta (Instagram, Threads, Facebook), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms are likewise governed by each platform's developer terms and terms of service, with which you must comply.

Publishing may be delayed or fail due to platform API changes, outages, or account-level enforcement that are outside our control. Our liability in such cases is limited as described in Section 10.

5. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload or create through the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode (e.g., format conversion, thumbnail generation), and transmit your User Content to the connected accounts you select, solely to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or when your account is terminated, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not actively monitor User Content but may remove or refuse to publish content that, in our reasonable judgment:

  • Infringes the copyright, publicity, trademark, or other rights of a third party;
  • Contains sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, defamation, harassment, or threats;
  • Promotes criminal activity or violates applicable law;
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, phishing-related, or spam; or
  • Violates the community guidelines of any connected platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misappropriate another person's account, email, or personal information, or register false information;
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit information obtained from the Service without our prior consent;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Service;
  • Use automated means (crawlers, scrapers, bots) to place unreasonable load on the Service or to harvest data;
  • Upload malware or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
  • Engage in spam-style mass publishing that violates a connected platform's terms or guidelines;
  • Upload or publish content that exploits or abuses children; or
  • Otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

We offer a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro), available on a monthly or annual cycle. Pricing, features, and usage limits are described on our pricing page within the Service.

Merchant of Record.Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as the merchant of record. Tax calculation and remittance, refunds, and payment-related inquiries are handled in accordance with Paddle's policies. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically on the same billing cycle unless you cancel. We will charge your registered payment method on each renewal date.

Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from the settings page in the Service. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we fail to provide the paid Service due to causes attributable to us.

Failed payments. If we cannot charge your registered payment method, we may suspend paid features or downgrade your account to the free plan.

We may change pricing or paid-plan features with prior notice. Changes apply from the next billing cycle of existing subscriptions.

8. Service Modification and Termination

We may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, equipment failure, traffic spikes, force majeure, power outages, or communication failures.

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes or discontinuations.

You may close your account at any time from the settings page or by contacting customer support. Upon closure, your account and User Content will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legally required retention.

We may warn, suspend, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law. For serious violations, we may terminate without prior notice.

9. Copyright and Rights Infringement Notices

We respond to notices alleging infringement of intellectual property and other rights. To submit a notice, send an email to the address in Section 12 with the following information:

  • Your name, contact information, and email address;
  • The right being infringed and the basis for the claim;
  • The URL or identifier of the allegedly infringing content;
  • A statement that you request removal of the content and that the information you have provided is accurate.

If we determine that the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who posted it. The user may submit a counter-notice; if we determine the counter-notice is valid, we may restore the content as permitted by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for failures to provide all or part of the Service caused by events outside our control, including force majeure, war, power or communication outages, changes or interruptions in social platform APIs, or third-party unlawful acts.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, reliability, or legality of User Content published through the Service, and we have no obligation to mediate disputes between you and third parties arising from such content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service. The foregoing limitations do not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally; if that fails, the dispute may be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
